“When my oldest son was getting married in September of 2009, I had just moved to Parker and was desperate for cleaning help as I had company arriving the day before the wedding. I called Amy after really liking her web site and she miraculously worked me in. The girls were great, I loved the equipment they used, and the house looked and smelled wonderful when they left! I think there are a couple of things that make our company unique. Primarily, it is the embodiment of Amy’s vision. She has given every aspect of the business a great deal of thought – from the system we use, to the chemicals she supplies, to the communication methods she uses for scheduling and daily contact, to the customer base she has chosen to draw from. All of the girls on Amy’s teams either moms, returning students, or just gals anyone would be comfortable having in their home. We even have a college chemistry teacher and all of us are smart!!! Amy has just done a great job in her hiring choices and I feel fortunate to have met and be able to work with these girls. They have been patient with me while training and worked hard in making up for my lack of experience and even given me homework. We are all, without exception, committed to doing good work.
Amy is the business. She is its founder, its manager, and our enthusiastic coach. She is solely in charge of developing new clients and maintaining a relationship with them. While she is organized and on task, she never fails to be kind and inclusive. As a former business owner, I must admit I have found her approach to almost every aspect of her business fascinating! She could run anything but Neat Freaks is her heart.
This is just a great job for a mom trying to work around her family’s schedule or a student with classes to plan around. I remain certain that Amy has curtailed the business with this in mind. I am just so thankful to be a part of the team!”
